There are many cases that included animal abuse and that cases also raising so we have to make a state that make this thing lash. Because those animal have feeling like. Some people they adopt animal and they get old they throw them out side and sometime they use them as a play. And it have a relationship with children abuse because most the children who abuse pets they have been abused by their parents. 

So some government started to put some rules and we should also Contributed so we can stop it
